Privacy Policy

Everyday Lift is developed and maintained by Austin Fuerst. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.

Data storage

All workout logs, program data, and settings are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any external server.

HealthKit

The app may request access to Apple HealthKit to log workout sessions. HealthKit data is used solely for that purpose and is never shared with third parties. HealthKit access is optional — the app is fully functional without it.

Analytics & advertising

Everyday Lift does not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or advertising frameworks. No usage data is collected or sent anywhere.

Google Sheets import

When you import a program via Google Sheets, the app makes a read-only network request to fetch the publicly accessible spreadsheet. No data from that request is stored remotely or shared with anyone.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from anyone, this policy applies equally to all users.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates.
